Poppy Seed Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yellow cake mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. liquid shortening
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. instant coconut cream or lemon pudding mix
    4 Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Add water and liquid shortening.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well.
    Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Allow cake to cool in pan for 15 minutes.
    Before removing, drizzle with glaze made of confectioners sugar, lemon juice and butter.
