Layered Mexican Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can nonfat refried beans, heated
    1 (16 oz.) fat-free sour cream
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    reduced-fat grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
    1 c. chopped tomatoes or salsa
    1 c. shredded lettuce
Preparation
    Place beans in deep bowl or pan.
    Mix sour cream with taco seasoning and spread over beans.
    Layer the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
    Serve with baked Tostitos.
