Peanut Butter Brownies(Makes 24) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 c. (1 stick) butter or margarine
    2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to moderate (350\u00b0).
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Beat the peanut butter and butter in a large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
    Add sugar, eggs and vanilla; beat until fluffy and light.
    Stir in flour and salt until well blended.
    Spread batter in prepared baking pan.
    Bake in prepared oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
    Cut into 24 brownies.
