Lemon Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
4 large eggs
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 drops yellow food coloring (optional)
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
sifted powdered sugar (optional)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. For crust, combine flour and sugar in medium bowl. Cut in butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture is crumbly. Press lightly onto bottom and halfway up sides of ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
