Pork Chops Monterey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. rice
3/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded Casino brand natural Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation

In a large skillet, brown pork chops in oil. Remove chops. Saute onion and green pepper in oil. Stir in tomatoes, water, rice and seasoning. Add chops. Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until water is absorbed. Stir occasionally.
Remove chops and stir 1 cup cheese in rice.
Top with chops and remaining cheese.
