Greek Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 small eggplant
    1 zucchini
    1 lb. string beans
    1 lb. peas or limas
    1 lb. tomatoes
    fresh dill
    fresh mint
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. butter
    salt and pepper
    garlic powder
Preparation
    Saute zucchini, eggplant and onion in oil and butter.
    Add fresh vegetables and rest of ingredients.
    Cover.
    Cook over low heat until tender.
