Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 box Jiffy muffin mix
    4 eggs
    4 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute butter and onion until onion is tender.
    Thaw broccoli and drain.
    Add to onion.
    Combine Jiffy mix, eggs and sour cream. Add butter mixture and stir well.
    Pour into greased 9-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
