Tomato Catsup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    36 large ripe tomatoes
    6 large onions
    6 green peppers
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cut up and cook first three ingredients until done.
    Put through sieve.
    Add spices, sugar and vinegar.
    Boil for 1 hour. Put in jars and seal.
