Chicken And Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 carrots, cut up
    1 bunch broccoli, cut up
    1/2 box Minute long grain and wild rice
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spread butter in 13 x 9-inch casserole.
    Place chicken in middle.
    Sprinkle rice around chicken.
    Place carrots and broccoli over rice.
    Add water until full.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
