Pork Chops A L'Orange - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 lean boneless pork chops
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3 whole cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in butter.
    Drain mandarin oranges, reserving juice and setting fruit aside.
    Combine 1/2 cup of juice with remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and simmer 45 minutes.
    Add oranges last 5 minutes.
