Georgia'S Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1 large red bell pepper, cut into strips
    1 large yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1/3 c. sliced black olives
    16 oz. rotelle pasta
    1 c. mild Feta cheese
Preparation
    Cook garlic in oil for 1 minute.
    Add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add wine and olives.
    Boil wine until reduced by half.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Stir in cooked rotelle.
    Season with basil to taste.
