Quick Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 3 c. sweetened fruit
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Put fruit in a 9 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Mix flour and sugar. Add 1 stick oleo; cut into flour as for pie crust.
    Add egg.
    Dough will not be smooth.
    Scatter dough mixture over fruit.
    Bake about 40 minutes or until crust is brown at 375\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
    Serve with topping or plain.
    Use any kind of fruit, berries or rhubarb.
