Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar
    3 mashed bananas
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts (pecans, English walnuts or black walnuts)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add bananas, eggs and buttermilk.
    Mix dry ingredients together; then add to butter mixture.
    Fold in nuts and pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour.
