Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. chicken broth
    3 c. sliced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (5 1/3 oz.) can evaporated milk
    black pepper to taste
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    In saucepan, melt margarine and add flour.
    Then add broth and milk.
    Cook until thickened.
    Add onions, almonds, salt and pepper.
    Pour in casserole dish.
    Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
