Microwave Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large onion
    6 or 8 potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. oleo or butter
Preparation
    Butter a deep baking dish.
    Thinly slice onion and potatoes. Mix seasonings and flour into dish.
    Add oleo and enough milk to reach edge of potatoes.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Puncture a few holes in plastic.
    Cook on high for 12 minutes.
    Remove and stir. Replace and remove as many times as necessary until potatoes are tender.
