White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large jar cooked Great Northern beans
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 cloves garlic
    2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chilies
    1 Tbsp. dried, crushed oregano
    1 Tbsp. ground cumin
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g.
    4 c. cooked chopped chicken
    1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    In Dutch oven combine beans, chicken broth, garlic, chilies, oregano, cumin, red pepper, m.s.g., salt and black pepper.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 hour.
    Stir in chicken and simmer uncovered for 1/2 hour.
    Before serving, stir in cheese until melted.
    Great served with cornbread.
