Ginger Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless, skinned chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    4 Tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. grated ginger
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix the marmalade, lemon juice, oil, ginger, garlic powder and dried mustard.
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly coat the chicken with the ingredients which have been mixed together.
    Put chicken in a shallow baking dish (no cover) which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake until done, about 45 minutes. Serves 8 to 10 depending on size of chicken.
