Dill Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. creamed cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. dill seed
    1/4 tsp. soda
    2 1/2 to 3 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in water.
    Heat cheese to lukewarm.
    Combine all ingredients except flour; mix well.
    Add flour until dough is stiff.
    Let rise in a warm place 1 hour until double in bulk. Shape into a round ball and place in a greased loaf pan or 2-quart casserole.
    Let rise 40 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Crust should be real brown; brush with butter.
