24 Hour Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, buttered and cubed
    1 lb. shredded Cheddar
    8 eggs, beaten
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of cayenne pepper
    chopped onions to taste
    mushrooms and green pepper to taste
    chopped cooked ham or 1 lb. cooked and browned sausage (optional)
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in greased pan.
    Pour other ingredients in topping with egg mixture.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Uncover and brown about 5 minutes.
