Fabulous Pecan Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter
1 c. creamy peanut butter
2 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
5 c. pastel miniature marshmallows
1 3/4 c. flaked coconut

Preparation

Toast chopped pecans in 350\u00b0
oven for 5 to 8 minutes.
Melt butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips together over low heat.
Cool slightly.
Add marshmallows, pecans and 3/4 cup coconut.
Mix well.
Pat mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle on remaining coconut.
Cool until firm in refrigerator. Cut into small bars.
