Banana Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
2 (4 serving size) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 medium bananas
1 baked pastry shell (9-inch), cooled
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation

Mix milk and pudding.
Slice 1 1/2 of the bananas.
Arrange in pastry shell.
Pour pudding over bananas.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Spread Cool Whip over pie.
Garnish with remaining banana, sliced and dipped in lemon juice to prevent darkening.
Serves 8.
