Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips
pinch of salt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0 to 400\u00b0.
Beat egg whites until stiff. Blend in sugar.
Add vanilla and salt.
Fold in pecans and chips. Drop on shiny side of foil on cookie sheet.
Put cookies in oven and turn oven off and leave overnight.
If too sticky, leave out in air and dry.
