Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 ribs celery, chopped very fine
3 carrots, chopped very fine
1 onion, chopped very fine
1 stick margarine
3 cans potato soup
3 cans chicken broth
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
Preparation
-
Saute vegetables in margarine.
Add broth and simmer 20 minutes.
Add potato soup and cheese.
Just before serving, add sour cream.
Serve in soup buns.
Cut off top, scoop out inside.
