Low Calorie Crab Mornay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    2 tsp. sliced green onion
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a saucepan and bring to boil.
    Cover and reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Combine 1/2 cup skim milk and 1 teaspoon cornstarch and add to heated mixture.
    Cook and stir constantly about 2 minutes until thickened.
    Remove from heat and add 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese and 8 ounces cooked crabmeat (can use imitation crab).
    Spoon into small individual dishes.
    Sprinkle with paprika and broil for 2 minutes.
    Or continue to cook on stove until heated throughout and serve over rice.
