Brisket Of Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    brisket of beef
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place beef in foil lined pan.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix ketchup and Open Pit together and pour over meat.
    Sprinkle with dry onion soup.
    Seal tightly with foil.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 475\u00b0.
    Lower temperature to 325\u00b0 and cook for about 3 hours (depending on weight of meat).
