Sweet 'N Sour Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped carrots
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    dash of red pepper
    ground ginger
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 (3 lb.) chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Preheat oven to

    skillet heat butter until melted.
    Add onion,
    green\tpepper\tand carrots.
    Cook 5 minutes, stirring.
    Stir in ketchup, pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, garlic salt, salt, pepper and ginger.
    Cook, stirring constantly\tuntil
    mixture\tboils.\tAdd
    pineapple. Arrange chicken in\t13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Pour sauce over. Bake 45 minutes.
