Black Bottom Cupcakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
1 unbeaten egg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chocolate chips
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients by hand and set aside.
Sift the flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa and salt together.
Add the mixed water, oil and vanilla to the sifted mixture.
Fill paper muffin cups 1/2 full of chocolate mixture.
Drop 1 heaping teaspoonful of cream cheese mix in center.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
