Mary'S Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 to 5 lb.) brisket
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery salt or celery seed
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Mix spices and Worcestershire sauce into a paste.
    Rub on both sides of meat.
    Seal well in heavy foil and bake 8 hours or overnight at 225\u00b0.
    Pour off liquid and cool, then refrigerate until cold.
    Slice thin and return to pan. Add 2 cups sauce and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
