Venison Steak And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. venison, cubed steak
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Lipton dry onion/mushroom soup
    4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Coat steak with flour and brown in
    hot oil.
    Remove from pan and drain.
    Return to pan and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on consistency desired.
