Monterey Cheese Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. liquid red pepper seasoning
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Beat together all ingredients until well blended.
Chill. Form into log and coat lightly with grated Parmesan cheese.
Wrap and chill.
Makes 1 (12 ounce) log, 1 1/2 cups.
