Lo-Cal Ranch Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 c. low-fat yogurt
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. grated onion
    2 tsp. each: fresh parsley, chives and basil, or 1/2 tsp. each of dried
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Blend well and store in refrigerator.
    Makes 2 cups.
    One tablespoon equals 10 calories.
