Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots
    1 small green pepper, cut in rings
    1 onion, sliced to make rings
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Slice and boil carrots in salted water until tender, cool and drain.
    In serving dish, alternate layers of carrots, pepper rings and onion rings.
    Beat remaining ingredients (tomato soup, salad oil, sugar, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce) well with beater until blended.
    Pour over vegetables and refrigerate. Serve chilled.
