Veal Marsala - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
3/4 lb. veal, cut in 1/4-inch thick slices
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. thickly sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper
1 Tbsp. parsley
4 paper thin slices lemon
1/3 c. Marsala
Preparation

Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika in a flat dish.
Dip veal in this flour mixture.
