Elim Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken (as many pieces as you need)
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Place the flour, paprika, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces in the coating mix.
    Put the chicken on a well-greased cookie sheet that is lined with tinfoil.
    Spoon the melted butter over each 6 or 8 pieces of chicken, depending on the size.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes until nice and brown, at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for the remainder of the time.
