Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. cold milk
    1 1/2 c. scalded milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. shredded coconut
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Blend sugar, flour and salt with cold milk.
    Add scalded milk, stirring constantly.
    Cook slowly until thick.
    Add beaten egg yolks and cook 2 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat; add vanilla, coconut and butter.
    Cool and pour into baked pie shell.
    Top with meringue and bake at 325\u00b0 for 13 minutes.
