Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. nuts
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs
    2 c. mashed bananas
    2 Tbsp. vinegar plus milk to make 1 c. liquid
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda and salt.
    Cream shortening.
    Blend in sugar. Add eggs, one at a time.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add flour and milk, alternating and beating well.
    Add bananas and nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 70 minutes.
    Makes 3 loaves.
