Chicken In Red Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 c. oil
    salt, pepper and bay leaves
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 to 3 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
    1 Tbsp. tomato sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Clean the chicken and burn any hair around it.
    Then brush it with oil.
    Warm the pan; put the chicken in and saute until it becomes rosy.
    Add salt and pepper and fill it with the cheese. Put the tomatoes and the sauce with the sugar in the large pan. Cover it with water.
    Cook the chicken for 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
