Chicken Chunks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
    2 eggs
    1 c. water
    1 c. flour
    poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cut
    chicken into chunks.
    Beat eggs and mix with water. Combine flour, paprika, seasoning and salt.
    Mix to make a batter. Dip chicken chunks in batter and deep fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain on paper towel.
