Peanut Buttered Pork Loin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boneless pork loins (5 to 6 lb. total)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    Place pork loins in shallow roasting pan; season with salt and pepper.
    Insert meat thermometer.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours or until thermometer reads 170\u00b0.
    Meanwhile, combine orange juice and peanut butter.
    When thermometer reads 170\u00b0 brush sauce on roast and continue baking and basting 15 to 20 minutes more.
    Serves 15.
