Dixie Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grapefruit juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 1/2 lb. beef round, cut in 1-inch cubes
    1 bay leaf, crumbled
    1/2 c. sliced, pitted ripe olives
    1 c. chopped fresh tomato
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dried leaf rosemary
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, sliced
Preparation
    Combine grapefruit juice, salt and garlic in large bowl.
    Add beef cubes and refrigerate overnight.
    Drain beef, reserving marinade.
