Banana Split Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

Redi crust, baked and cooled
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. milk
1 banana
1/4 c. cherries
Preparation

Bake and cool crust.
Cream together powdered sugar, softened butter, egg, vanilla and salt.
Beat until smooth and creamy. Place in refrigerator to firm slightly.
Combine Cool Whip, fruit, pecans and milk; spread on top of powdered sugar mixture.
Garnish with halved cherries.
Makes a light dessert that tops off a big meal deliciously.
