Orange Bread(Bread Machine) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. yeast
3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry milk powder
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (may add cardamon)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 c. plus 3 Tbsp. warm water
1 c. diced candied orange peel

Preparation

Place all ingredients except orange peel in machine according to manufacturer's directions.
Add the orange peel about 5 minutes before the end of the second kneading cycle.
Yield:
1 (1 1/2 pound) loaf.
