Tropical Fruit Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. orange gelatin
    1 pkg. tapioca pudding mix
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. whipped cream
    1 medium can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Cook gelatin, tapioca pudding mix, sugar and orange juice over low heat until thick, approximately 10 minutes.
    Cool.
    Add remaining ingredients and place in serving bowl.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
    Best if chilled overnight.
