Swiss Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole chicken breasts, halved, boned and skinned
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. dry sherry
    3/4 c. light cream
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1/3 c. dry white wine
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine flour, paprika and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bag.
    Add chicken and shake until well coated.
    Brown chicken on both sides in butter and oil in a large skillet.
    Add sherry. Cover and simmer for about 25 minutes or until chicken is tender.
