Manicotti Casserole(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 manicotti shells
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2/3 c. part-skim Ricotta cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
4 egg whites
1/2 c. low-fat milk
1/4 c. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 (16 oz.) can spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix cheeses, egg whites, milk, parsley and oregano.
Spoon into uncooked shells.
Coat bottom of baking pan with thin layer of spaghetti sauce.
Place stuffed shells on sauce and cover with remaining sauce.
Bake 1 hour or until shells are soft.
