Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sliced carrots
1 can green beans
1 can yellow wax beans
1 can kidney beans
1 onion, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery and mustard seed
Preparation

Drain all vegetables in colander.
Put drained vegetables in bowl.
Heat sugar, oil, vinegar and spices until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over vegetables.
Place sliced onion and green pepper on top.
Let set overnight.
