Empty Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
1 stick butter
1/4 c. Amaretto
1/2 c. chopped nuts
whipped cream
Preparation

Separate eggs.
Beat whites until fluffy.
Beat in sugar.
Beat in yolks.
By hand slowly add flour.
Bake in 9-inch spring-form pan (greased) at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour or until done.
When cake is cool, cut top off and pull out middle of cake.
Melt butter and chocolate chips.
Add Amaretto and nuts.
Mix in cake middle.
When mixed, put back in cake; add top and frost with whipped cream.
