Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chopped pears
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. Crisco oil
    1 c. pecans, crushed
Preparation
    Pour sugar over pears.
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in tube pan.
