Manapua - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped char sui meat or chicken
6 water chestnuts, chopped
1/3 c. chopped green onions
2 tsp. oyster sauce
shoyu to taste
2 tubes ready-to-bake Parker House rolls
Preparation

Mix the first
5 ingredients together; let stand for 10 minutes.
Place 1
rounded\ttablespoonful of filling in center of roll.
Pinch edges\ttogether
to seal.
Place on wax paper, then onto cookie sheet, 1
inch apart.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 20 minutes.
