Pecan Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 c. sugar
16 oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Heat oven to 350.
Grease only the bottom of 2 9 X 5 inch loaf pans.
Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients, mix well.
In medium bowl, mix oil, water, eggs, and pumpkin.
Add flour mixture, beat for 1 minute at medium speed.
Fold in pecans.
Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
Cool on wire racks.
